Q: bulldog puppies?
does anyone know where to get cheap bulldog puppies in Washington. i really want one.
A: Bulldog puppies are very expensive due to the fact the most bulldogs do not have a natural births. Most are done by C-section due to the size of the dogs head at birth The vet bills for this are very high. You will probally not find a cheap bulldog as a puppy., If you do and it is online be very careful, there are may scam artists. Bulldogs resure are very good if you want a bulldog that is a little older Good luck, wonderful loving pets. Once you adopt a bulldog be prepared to keep spending though. I love my bully.
Q: Bulldog Puppies????
Where can I get a bulldog puppy for less than $500. I’m not wanting to spend thousands of dollars on a dog, but I have really been wanting a bulldog for a while now!!! So if anyone knows anything, please let me know. Thanks
I know bulldogs are prone to health issues, and this is why I do not want to spend thousands of dollars to purchase just the dog alone!
A: If you’re not looking to spend more than $500 on a dog, then a Bulldog (persumably you mean an English Bully?) is definitely NOT the dog for you. They are extremely high maintenance and very expensive to own. Most have to take daily medication and see the vet regularly for breathing difficulties, skin conditions, joint issues, etc. Bullies are NOT a cheap breed to own, even though everyone seems to want them these days. Go for another breed if you don’t have a lot of money to spare on a dog.
Q: Bulldog puppies are so expensive. Anyone know where I can get a cheaper one?
Bulldog puppies run from about $1000-2500. They’re adorable, but is there a cheaper bulldog?? I’d really appreciate some help.
Thanks!
A: get one at the pound or animal shelter!!! its cheap and you save a life!!!
Q: what are good chew toys and regular toys to give to a litter of english bulldog puppies?
We have 4 english bulldog puppies that we are keeping. They are 9 weeks old. What is the best toys for them to play with. Are they too young for rawhide bones? Thanks in advance!
A: just get a variety of toys.. they can try out the different textures, each pup will figure out their favorites..
try some plush toys, rope toys, rubber squeakies, kongs, etc.
No rawhides.. they are not good for dogs. Rawhides can cause a choking hazard, as well as blockages. They are also processed with dangerous chemicals.
Even better for a dog’s teeth is raw meaty bones.. yes, Im serious. I have my dog on an all-raw diet, and after 3 weeks I’ve already noticed less tartar.. he had 5 years worth of tartar that even regular brushing would not remove. I have not brushed my dog’s teeth since starting the raw diet. What seems to work best is when I give him a beef rib.. the action of stripping the meat from the bone is what cleans the teeth.
Q: Where can I find English Bulldog puppies for sale around the Covington, Tn area?
I live in Covington, Tn and I am looking for reasonable prices on bulldog puppies (But NOT scams). I am willing to travel if the destination is no more than 200 miles away or so. Please help me!
Thanks to all who reply to this.
A: First of all, it’s just a Bulldog. No English.
Bulldogs aren’t cheap. They usually need C-sections to whelp, and they also tend to have a lot of health problems, requiring expensive genetic screenings before they’re bred. This means that breeders have to charge higher prices to break even. It’s definitely worth paying more, though, to ensure that you’re getting a healthy puppy. A cheap puppy will cost you much more in vet bills in the long run.
Try finding a reputable breeder through the Bulldog Club of America. Their website has a breeder referral. They also have a rescue, and you can try looking in a local shelter too.
Q: What are some good names for boy and girl bulldog puppies?
I have five little bulldog puppies that are only 1 week old and I have to find the cutest name for them so if you have any really cute names for bulldog girls and boys just go head and write it right here right now. Thanks.
A: There are a lot of names for any sex of bulldogs? There’s Cocoa, for either boy or girl, buster, max,.and for girl there are a lot more,Cocoa, Misty, Butter Scottch, furball, butterball, ruby, jasper, bella, lizze, and much much more.Got to go.
Q: What are bulldog puppies going for nowadays?
My sister wants a bulldog puppy, my friend says that they are pretty expensive, but how much exactly.
A: You should expect to pay $3000+ for a well-bred pet quality puppy. They require artificial insemination to breed most of the time, and usually a C-section to deliver, vet costs are extraordinary with this breed even to produce a normal healthy litter with no complications. The parents also need to be carefully screened for genetic disorders including heart, thyroid, hip, knee, elbow, eye, and hearing problems, and responsible breeders pay a lot of money to have this done properly and ensure healthy puppies. Do realize also with this breed that vet costs tend to be very high due to the variety of potential health issues. Expect a badly bred puppy from a less than reputable source that didn’t health test to rack up vet bills in the $10,000+ range in the first year of ownership. So, it is important to buy from a breeder who does health test and breeds only top-quality dogs, even for just a pet.
Q: Does anyone know where to find American Bulldog puppies?
I am in search of a Bulldog puppy. It is going to be a present for my boyfriend. Willing to travel to get it.
There is a correction to my question. We are looking for a English Bulldog. My boyfriend is aware of this gift and knows the breed of choice.
A: Go to John D. Johnson’s or Alan Scott’s website and another one is Joshua Kennels. You don’t necessarily have to buy one of their dogs, but they are very respected in American Bulldogs circles and you may be able to find other capable breeders through them.

Q: does anyone know how much to sale english american bulldog puppies for?
I have an american bulldog male and an olde english female, they make an actual hybrid dog called an engam bulldog the puppies are so cute but i dont know how much to sale them for
A: Add up your expenses, divide by the number of puppies and sell for that amount. No matter what name you call it by, it’s still just a mixed breed. They have them at petfinder pretty cheap, shots, worming, spay/neuter. Stop letting the $$$ get to you
Q: Where can I find contact addresses or phone numbers of puppy mill to buy Bulldog puppies in cheap ?
I live in India and would love to pay for the transport expenses of the rare specie, the world’s fastest dog,Rampur Hound which I have in exchange of a Bulldog one.But since there is no contact to the enthusiasts like these I have to resort to buy one from a puppy mill.I am a Registered Kennel Club affiliate.
A: you don’t want a puppy from a mill.. your not going to get a good dog and you’ll be supporting something that needs to be stopped. the puppies cost more and usually are sick.

Q: PLEASE HELP! How do I care for English Bulldog puppies?
Our English Bulldog is pregnant and due on Wednesday. We had an extremely reputable breeder who was to be our mentor but now she is demanding over $3000 to finish the mentoring sessions. Our momma is being c-sectioned on Wednesday and we know very little. Any experienced answers are greatly appreciated. We need to know what to buy in the way of puppy supplies also. Thanks for your help!
A: okay, if she is being c-sectioned then the vet will do the hard part for you. when you bring them home make sure you have a whelping box (a box that the mother can treat as her den) with towels and newspaper (she may rip these things up to make a nest, its normal and healthy). make sure mama can move and stretch and get comfortable in the box, is should be big and does not need a top. put the box in a quiet room that does not get too much human traffic, she needs a place that won’t stress her out. have her food and water near the box but not in it, as babies get older she’ll appreciate the chance to escape for a snack.
when the pups first come home warmth will be important. mama will know what to do to keep them clean but if you have a cooler house you may want to help her keep them warm with more towels and soft blankets or even a spaceheater.
with bulldog puppies you want to make sure their faces are kept clean so they can breath easier.
socialization is important to start right away. when they come home make sure you pick up each puppy once a day. don’t pick it up more than that unless you have to until they are a little older. mom is gonna want to take care of them. so when they are still blind just pick them up, touch them all over and blow on their faces so they get used to your smell.
also, taking care of mom will help take care of babies. make sure she eats and drinks and goes to the bathroom normally. if she seems to be not taking care of the pups call your vet for information on how you can help them and her.
good luck and congradulations!
oh, and because they are bulldogs, remember when they get a little older that chew toys are your friends.
Q: Where can i find cheap english bulldog puppies?
I’m not looking for a champion bulldog or anything i’m just looking for a female puppy for a few hundred dollars. I know they are typically in the 2,000 to 3,000 dollar range but i was hoping anyone had information on on e for cheaper. I’m a high school girl with cancer going in for my 10th surgery and this is my present for a long hospital stay and a painful surgery.
A: I’m sorry, but Bulldogs don’t run cheap because they’re basically chock-full of medical issues right from birth. Bulldogs cannot be bred naturally and need expensive AI to have a litter. Female bulldogs must have caesarian sections to deliver, also expensive.
Later on in life they rack up more vet bills- skin conditions, joint problems, hip/elbow issues, to name a few.
You can try looking into a Bulldog rescue to find a dog, but just because the dog doesn’t cost much money doesn’t mean he won’t rack up vet bills upward to $2000.
Try looking into a healthier breed. Boston Terriers have the smushed-in face of the Bulldog and share some of the same health problems, but they are significantly healthier. Here’s a pic: http://www.marleykennels.com/BostonTerrier.jpg
If you’re interested in Bostons over Bulldogs, have a look at the National Breed Club and find a breeder from the site!

Best of luck. I hope your surgery and recovery are speedy and that you are well soon.
Q: Why are english bulldog puppies so expensive?
I don’t understand! Other breeds are much less expensive, but you rarely find a bulldog puppy for under a few thousand dollars…are they really hard to breed?
A: Purebreed English Bulldog pups are very difficult to breed they all have to be delivered by c-section, cause their upper body is so much larger than their hips.
